About Main Street

Church Facilities

Main Street Christian Church is blessed with wonderful facilities that combine historical character with modern functionality. The original part of the current structure (including the sanctuary and dining room) was constructed in 1894. A three-story educational building was completed in 1959. The most recent expansion was completed in 2003 and brought the building up to current standards.

The main floor includes the worship area, a fellowship center, modern restrooms and church offices. The bottom floor includes youth and adult Sunday School rooms, the conference room, dining room and kitchen. The top floor is home to the church nursery and Sunday School rooms for children and youth. All three floors are air conditioned and the building is accessible by a ground-floor entrance located on the west side of the building that includes an elevator that reaches all levels. A paved parking lot provides ample off-street parking and can be accessed from both Main and Morgan Streets.
